The Challenge
The podcast was launching from the ground up, and the host needed a complete brand identity that captured both the sneaker culture and the realities of dad life. He wanted animated-style visuals, bold typography, and a strong personality that would make the podcast instantly recognizable. With no existing branding in place, we had the opportunity to craft something truly unique.
Solution
The key moment of inspiration came from a photo the host sent—a shot of his minivan, framed through his legs, with his favorite Jordans front and center. This image became the foundation of the podcast’s cover art, bringing his story to life in a stylized, animated aesthetic. From there, we built a bold, dynamic brand identity, using strong typography and vibrant colors to create a look that was modern, fun, and undeniably dad-approved.
With a distinct visual identity, Kicks and Minivans Podcast launched with confidence—turning a simple idea into a brand that’s as bold as the conversations it sparks.
